Policies

Please allow 2-3 days for normal processing times and an additional 3-5 days during high-volume periods (i.e. new collection release).

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their orders are shipped out.  
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for undelivered/lost claims.

Return Policy

Please carefully review your cart before completing your order as once it has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

We offer a 30 day return policy. To return or exchange an item please email info@kalibloom.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
